1. What are the types of mass flow meters?

2. Conditions that need to be met for flow meter calibration.

Flow meter calibration needs to meet the four core conditions of harsh environment, fluid, equipment, and operation to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.. 1. The calibration environment should be kept stable to avoid external interference. The temperature is usually controlled at (20 ± 5) ℃ to reduce the effects of material thermal expansion, contraction, and changes in medium properties. The humidity should be maintained at 45% -75% RH to prevent electrical components from getting damp. Vibration and electromagnetic interference should be avoided as much as possible, as they may cause internal structural looseness or signal abnormalities. 2. Fluid conditions The measured fluid state is directly related to the calibration results. The fluid characteristics require uniformity, single-phase, and no impurities or bubbles. If the liquid needs to be clear, the gas should be dry and clean. Fluid parameters such as temperature, pressure, and density must be stable within the working range of the flowmeter. For example, gas calibration requires maintaining stable pressure. The accuracy of equipment calibration devices and supporting facilities is the basic guarantee. The calibration device must be verified by the metrology department and be within its validity period, with an accuracy level at least twice higher than that of the calibrated flow meter. The inner diameter of the connecting air wheel pipeline needs to match the diameter of the flow meter, be installed firmly and sealed without leakage, and have a smooth inner wall to ensure a stable flow field. Standard operating conditions are

the final key to accurate calibration. Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with calibration processes and equipment usage. The operation process should strictly follow the specifications, including preheating, zeroing, data recording and other steps, to ensure that each step is executed properly.

3. Calibration of water electromagnetic flowmeter

The calibration methods of water electromagnetic flowmeter mainly include real flow calibration, dry calibration, and comparative calibration.

. After understanding the importance of calibration, we turned to specific methods. 1. The real flow calibration method is to install the flow meter on the flow standard device, let the fluid pass through at different flow rates, record the measurement values of the standard device and the flow meter, and adjust the parameters through comparison. Suitable for new installations, high precision requirements, or regular local spine accurate calibration, this is the most accurate method, but it requires specialized equipment and site, high cost, and cumbersome operation. 2. Dry calibration method uses manufacturers specialized equipment to measure parameters such as sensor excitation coil resistance and electrode insulation resistance, compare them with factory standards, and check the performance of the converter. Suitable for on-site rapid airspeed inspection and simple calibration, it can not interrupt fluid flow, but cannot completely replace real flow calibration, and can only be used as a preliminary means.

3. The comparative calibration method is to connect the flow meter to be calibrated in series with the calibrated standard flow meter, let the fluid pass through at the same time, compa
