1. CNG mother station process flow

The core process flow of CNG mother station can be summarized into four key links, namely pressure regulation and metering, purification treatment, compression and pressurization, and high-pressure distribution. 1. The incoming pressure regulating and metering gas source is input into the main station through the natural gas high-pressure pipeline network, and the incoming pressure regulating and metering device first completes the basic treatment. The device is equipped with components such as filters, flow meters, and pressure gauges, which perform preliminary filtration and flow monitoring of natural gas. At the same time, the intake pressure is regulated to the required range of the system through a pressure regulating valve. This stage of natural gas purification includes three levels of quality control: desulfurization treatment: when the hydrogen sulfide content in the raw gas exceeds the vehicle standard (usually ≤ 20mg/m ³), desulfurizers need to be used to reduce the risk of corrosion;

Dust removal treatment: Control the dust content to ≤ 5mg/m ³ and the diameter of fine dust to<10 μ m to prevent compressor wear; • Deep dehydration: Use a dryer to achieve a dew point below -40 ℃, avoiding the production of liquid water during the compression process. In the conventional process, the gas is compressed to 20-25MPa to meet the subsequent high-pressure storage and transportation needs. 4. The high-pressure gas compressed by the high-pressure distribution system is divided into two outputs: 1. Vehicle refueling end: enters the gas storage well group through the sequence control panel, and provides quantitative filling for CNG vehicles through the gas dispenser; • Tank truck filling end: Inflate the transport tank truck with dedicated gas filling columns to achieve natural gas transfer and supply from the mother station to the substation.
